The pool area was absolutely stunning with great views out to sea, and there were always plenty of free sun beds available.

The shower with the glass wall could use more privacy.

i had high hopes, but was sorely disappointed, the shower privacy was appalling and honestly, i expected at least a room upgrade for the inconvenience. the whole experience felt very mediocre, i almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t, the only bright side? the view was nice, how original, right?

The check-in process was a bit slow, taking around 30 minutes, which felt frustrating after a long journey. the room could use extra soundproofing to block entertainment noise from below.

The lack of privacy in room layouts feels awkward, especially with glass doors on toilets!!! The evening entertainment could use more engagement and variety to curb the boredom many guests reported!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the stunning views overlooking the sea from the Platinum Restaurant and the easy access to beautiful beaches like Playa Del Duque, which was just a short stroll away.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and nearby shops. We hiked up to Roque del Conde, the views were worth it! The staff were super friendly, and we loved the diverse food options. Every meal was a treat, and there was always something to munch on during the day.

We found the air conditioning in our room wasn't great in the evenings, which made getting ready a bit uncomfortable.
